Who We Are

As the philanthropic arm of the College of American Pathologists (CAP), the CAP Foundation fosters the next generation of pathology leaders and provides quality care to underserved communities, making it an organization unlike any other. Grants and Awards

The CAP Foundation offers grants and awards ranging from $300 to $25,000 to support pathologists, pathologists-in-training, and medical students interested in the specialty. These opportunities are focused on educating tomorrow’s pathology leaders, empowering pathologists to deliver innovations that improve patient care, and expanding the specialty’s reach to populations in need.

See, Test & Treat®

A national award winner, See, Test & Treat® is the signature program of the CAP Foundation. Each See, Test & Treat program connects uninsured and underinsured women with pathologists and a team of health care volunteers, providing access to free cervical and breast cancer screenings, as well as many other health care services, across the US.
